LMDB safe reading through transactions and protecting pointers from GC
* execution doc rewrite based on multi evaluators
* protect lmdb's buffer from ocaml's lifetime
* appropriate comment on Sys.opaque_identity
* transaction ending to prevent harmfull calls to stale pointers
